About Russian visas

Russian Embassies and Consulates.

The following information needed for getting a visa support:

• Full legal name (last, first, middle)
• Date of birth
• Citizenship
• Country where you will get your visa
• Passport number
• Sex
• Dates of entry/exit into/from Russia
• Cities you are going to visit in Russia
• E-mail address, phone & fax numbers
• Credit card data to pay for a visa support.

In order to get a visa support, please, do the following steps:

1. Fill in a stay reservation & visa support form (data will be sent to us via e-mail automatically).

   Please, fill in this form, which includes both visa support and room reservation information. Although it is recommended that you complete both a letter for a visa support and a room reservation but in the event you don't need a room reservation or you don't know the exact dates you are going to stay in St. Petersburg or you do not intend to visit St. Petersburg, please, leave the check-in and check-out dates empty.

2. Please, wait for the answer to your request by e-mail.
3. We can make and send visa support letter for you only after the prepayment.
   After your request by e-mail, I shall send the standard prepayment form to you. You should print out this form, complete it fully, sign and send back to the hostel by e-mail or by fax. We need a real signature on your prepayment form. Also you should send the copy of your credit card both sides. We can accept prepayment for reservation and for visa support letter by credit card only.

   We accept prepayment for reservation by credit card only.
   We accept Visa Classic and MasterCard.

4. Upon receiving the letter of support you will need to take this to the nearest Russian Embassy or Consulate to receive the visa. Russian Embassies and Consulates.

Registration fee is RUR 200 per person.
