We provide visa support letter (letter of invitation) for getting Russian tourist single-entry visa for the period not more than 30 days.

Visa Support Letter costs EUR 30 for one person.

Visa Support Letter consists of two parts (This is all you need for the consulate!):

1. Letter of confirmation from the travel agency which has the permission from the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs of Russia to invite foreign tourists (which has valid reference number). This part of visa support letter is written in Russian.
2. Reservation voucher from the hostel (written in English). In the voucher it is written that all services and accommodation are fully paid. This is just standard sentence, because this is the demand of the consulate. Actually, for reservation we need only prepayment, but it will be written in your visa support letter that all services are fully paid.

If you are not going to stay in our hostel and need only to get Russian visa, do not forget that at the Russian consulate you should tell that you are going to stay all the period in our hostel as it is written in your visa support letter.

If you are going to visit many cities in Russia you do not need to get visa support letter for each city. You need only one visa support letter for the whole Russia. You will get visa for the whole Russia, cities are not indicated in Russian visa. With Russian visa you may go to any Russian city. Just do not forget that you need to register in each city of your stay in Russia.

If you are going to visit many cities in Russia this is the advice for you: do not tell about all your itinerary at the consulate. It will make the procedure of getting visa much more complicated.
It is the best way if you tell at the consulate that you are going to Saint-Petersburg to hostel "All Seasons" - exactly as it is written in your visa support. This is just a standard procedure of getting visa. It will make the procedure of getting Russian visa much easier. You will get Russian visa and after that you will be able to go to any city in Russia you like.

This is information about the dates in your visa support:
The date of entry into Russia and the date of exit from Russia may not be exact. These dates mean that you are allowed to stay in Russia within these dates. You may come to Russia later than your date of entrance to Russia, but not earlier; and you may leave Russia earlier than you date of exit from Russia, but not later!

Please, pay attention to the following things:

1. It is very important to complete the migration card on your arrival to Russia. It is given on the boarder. Without migration card you will not be able to register.
2. It is very important to register if you are staying in Russia for more than three working days. If you are staying for less than three working days you do not need to register!
3. You must register during the first three dates on your arrival to Russia. It is better to make it as soon as possible after your arrival to Russia.
4. You should register in each city which you visit in Russia. Keep all the documents about your registration in different cities. You will need all of them for further registration!
5. You can register in the hostels and hotels in which you are staying during traveling around Russia.
6. If you have not made registration you will have to pay fine on the boarder when leaving from Russia.
7. It is almost impossible to prolong Russian visa. It is easier to leave the country and apply for a new visa. You must leave Russia not later than the date of exit indicated in your visa! This is very important.
